HB 1356 was amended in the House to prohibit the sale of nicotine vapor products to minors and make such a violation a “deceptive trade practice.” While this bill would strengthen penalties for selling to people under age, it is no longer a directory bill.

Thank you to everyone who took action to stop a vapor directory in Colorado. We are marking this Call to Action as CONCLUDED.

This may be a temporary win, however, as we expect these directory bills to continue being promoted as states reconvene in 2025.
